Leslie owns and operates our practice. She received her credentials from Lincoln Memorial University. Her specialties include, Family Practice, Weight Loss, Diabetes, Infectious Disease, Addiction Medicine, and much more. She is a native of Owensboro, KY and now resides in Corbin, KY with her husband and 6 children. She is fluent in many languages including Spanish. Leslie does tend to treat the patients who require a little closer watch and care with multiple problems that we have here in our clinic.
As a native of our beautiful area, Cassaidy is committed to bettering our community and caring for its citizens to the best of her ability. She received her APRN credentials from Lincoln Memorial University and her Doctorate from Frontier University. She is currently working on her Psychiatric certification. She is proficient in many areas of medicine including but not limited to Pediatrics, Infectious Disease, Mental Health, Urgent Care, Family Practice, as well as Addiction Medicine. She and her husband and 2 beautiful children are all members of Immanuel Baptist Church here in Corbin, KY.
David is a graduate of St. Louis University. He has practiced locally for over 10 years. He specialized in Geriatrics, Adult Health, and Men's Health. He is a native of Owensboro, Ky and is now a resident of Louisville, KY where he and his beautiful wife of 45 years reside.
